Morpho Butterfly Decorative Sculpture

These beautiful handmade decorative sculptures are crafted to resemble delicate Morpho butterflies, featuring iridescent glass wings that shimmer in various lighting conditions. Each wing is uniquely shaped with fine textural detailing that mimics the natural structure of real butterfly wings, particularly those of the Morpho species, known for their brilliant blue and pearl hues and elegant forms.

The colour palette ranges from vivid ocean blue to soft, pearlescent pinks and silvers, all with a radiant, iridescent sheen. The wings are framed with fine black soldered edges, adding contrast that enhances the iridescence.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork, you may request a return in accordance with this policy. This policy applies to all purchases made through our online shop and is designed to comply with UK consumer law.

2. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your artwork.  A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us.

3. Condition of Returned Artwork
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must:

• Be returned in its original condition

• Include all original packaging

• Be undamaged and unused

• Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

If artwork is returned damaged due to inadequate packaging, we may deduct an amount from the refund to cover the loss in value.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

• Commissioned or custom-made artwork

• Personalised pieces

• Digital downloads or printable art files

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damage

• Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and issued to the original payment method.

8. Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of artwork, exchanges are not always possible. If you would like to exchange a piece, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

9. Return Address
Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
